Socio-Healthcare Innovation and Social Innovation Consulting:
Innovaciones Sociosanitarias has advised Social Welfare Ministry of Valencia (Spain) in the development of policies to implement the first Spanish law, exclusively directed to support the dependent people and their informal carers: Personal autonomy and care for the persons in situation of dependency promotion Act.
We are also expert staff advising on the implantation of gender policies and equity plans, this is why inn© has also worked for the Dirección General de la Mujer (Women General Management) of the Valencian government to develop training programmes for the elaboration of proposals addressed to the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Commission.
Training in Social & Healthcare Sector and R&D Projects Management:
Innovaciones Sociosanitarias designs and implements courses and capacitating initiatives regarding the areas in which we are experts in. We transfer our day-by-day acquired and actualized knowledge and skills to other companies and organisms to contribute to a constant improvement of this sector.
To this respect, we have worked for the Polibienestar Research Institute of Valencia, advising its team in the elaboration of proposals for the socio-healthcare and disability section of the Sixth and the Seventh Framework Programmes
With respect to
the specialized training regarding socio-healthcare products and services, inn© has collaborated with the El Corte Inglés’ Marketing Division several times, training commercial and directive personnel on sale strategies within the Social & Healthcare sector, on European and Spanish markets to this respect and on socio-healthcare equipment and resources.
Advising on Old People’s Housing Management:
Innovaciones Sociosanitarias has done market studies related to the Care Housing user’s needs and business development, and provided advice to housing building companies like Torrealicante Group and Akrakosta Ltd. to these respects. We have also advised enterprises and corporations such as Obrascon, Huarte, Lain (OHL) and Amma Gerogestión in the construction and management of more than 8,000 beds belonging to more than 30 centres and residences for seniors in Spain.
Besides, inn© has worked for ACCIONA Infrastructure Division as adviser in the construction of its elderly adapted housing, and we have made the turn-key projects for Astroc Mediterráneo, Gerhotel Hispano Alemana Ltd., Nueva Escala 1:50, Invera Levante and for the Algemesí City Council (Valencia, Spain) in their old people’s homes implementation.
Project Finance Consultancy:
Our expertise in the sectors of elderly housing construction and centres management, as well as in the marketing consultancy regarding socio-healthcare businesses, has leaded Innovaciones Sociosanitarias Ltd. to become the adviser of big financial corporations and agencies during their analysis and assessment processes of technical and economic viability of proposals of this kind. For instance for the securities company Ahorro Corporación Financiera (ACF) Co., the bank Banco Cooperativo Español (BCE) and for the governmental financial bank Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO).
